Cant disable or ungrey none or administration encryption option

Is the phone company issued? It's normal for companies to disable non secure features on devices they issue.

No it's not.it's my personal phone

So where did you get it from? You'd have to know where it came from it the first place. Did you buy it off eBay?

No I bought my phone at the T-Mobile store

Then you could try going back to them and use the warranty to get it replaced.

True but it might do that again and plus to put everything back on there again

Wait, did you encrypt the phone? You can't be encrypted and have an unsecured lockscreen.

No I didn't encrypt anything .phone or sd card
