Help S5 Ringtone Issue

Hello, I have a new Galaxy S5 that I really like but it did not come with a 'silent' ringtone for those bothesome calls so I downloaded one and set a contact titled 'Sales Calls' and add all questionable calls to that contact and have set it to the new 'silent' ringtone I downloaded. It works for various lengths of time, sometimes a week, sometimes a couple of weeks but it always reverts back to the default ringtone. Is this a problem with the ringtone itself or a problem with the S5?

Sorry for the mulitple posts, computer kept freezing up while trying to create the post. Can't figure out how to delete the extra ones. Thanks
