Help S5 Sync question

The digitizer on my S5 is done! Almost a complete black screen at times. I want to sync to my PC, however, I never installed side sync on the phone prior to. Is there any way to sync (or display screen) the S5 to any device without syncing software on the phone or am I just screwed?

You can back up using Samsung Kies3 or Smart Switch.
