hi all,

just wondering how do i change the apps to be shown at the bottom of the home screen for quick access

thanks in advance

If you want to get rid of one, long press it - you should be able to drag it to the trash or Remove it, depending on which launcher you're running.

To add one, just find it in the app drawer, long press it and put in the homescreen, then long press it and drag it to where you want it on the task bar.

As said, just press on it and hold down, you have a choice of dropping it into the Trash or just leaving it on a screen.

I normally move over a blank screen for such things and drop it there. But the trash works fine too. You can always recover 'trashed' stuff from the Application menu.

Anything that you want to appear on the bottom menu bar, just drag and drop there.

nah, what i want is to edit the bottom 5 icons which is phone, contacts, messaging, browser and apps menu.

The previous answers should take care of that. The Apps menu can't be moved, so maybe that is why you are having trouble...

Another option is to install a third-party launcher. I use a combination of Cover (lock screen) and Nova Launcher (launcher) on all of my Android devices. Nova allows you to customize just about everything on your launcher.
