Just got the s5 and the videos look like crap! I have it set to 1080p and it Def isn't hd..I also used to upload to youtube alot and it always put the hd option on the vid.The videos I uploaded were only 360p?? No settings to change on YouTube for renderings..My old Droid X2 took way better video! Am I doing something wrong? I don't have a memory card so would this matter?? Thanks in advance...
 
Post a link to the video to see what resolutions Youtube allows to be chosen. The little gearwheel at bottom right - it usually defaults to low-rez and you manually have to choose hd each time.
 
Try recording video in "Smooth Motion". It records 1080p in 60FPS. Just remember though, Youtube can only play videos back at 30 FPS.

I've noticed that videos don't look as good when uploaded but that's probably from compression because they look great still on my phone.

BTW the video you posted is available in 1080p on YouTube, not just 360p.
