S5670 Backup Only Contact's of Mobile (No Fb, No gmail)

Hi.
I want to reset my mobile, because has problem, but I need to copy (backup) my Contact stored manually in my Mobile.
How I dow it?
Only Stored 57 Contacts, and appears 1200 (FB, Whats app, etc).
