[Sam2002hd]

OK hi there I'm new here and I have the s6 edge plus amazing phone really efficient I've been noticing that my phone does not pick up too many WiFi connection like my home connection is in the other room and my phone gets 1 bar and when I'm next to it I get 3 to 4 bars I've tried formatting the phone this also happens outside I was with some friends and they both have the galaxy J5 and they were picking up so much Internet connection and I was barley connecting to the WiFi in the pub it seems like my WiFi antenna is weak what do I do?

How old is the phone?? If it's new and still under warranty you can save yourself a whole lot of hassle by just taking it back and have them fix it or give you a new one. I have seen tons of people with your problem and have had it myself and there doesn't seem to be any "clear cut" way to fix your problem. It could even be the WI-FI antenna itself inside the phone that's bad and that's a repair that most "average" users aren't prepared to take on.

From experience you can take my word on it, that's the way to go with this particular problem if it's still under warranty!

Hi there i just downgraded to 5.1.1 and my connection is way better, the phone is under warranty but it's a plan i pay like 50$ every month to pay it off and I'm not sure they'll replace it but if it's a software problem i don't think it's the hardware can you advice me on what to do thanks a lot for the help
