I have a Samsung S6 with Verizon. The signal strength at my house is poor but I have good wifi. I have the messaging application on my computer and tablets as well as my phone. The only device that is using data is my phone. When someone sends me a picture over message all my devices will get it except my phone. Is there a way to make the S6 receive messages over wifi ? The message does show up on the phone but it says download.

Does the message auto download after a simple reboot?
The reason I ask, my wife has an S5 and she has that issue quite a bit on the stock messaging app.
The message will download automatically after she reboots.
It's quite annoying and I haven't figured it out yet.
