Hey everybody, I have a Galaxy S7 and I cannot change my stock email sync schedule. It's default at 'every 15 minutes' but it will not change to once a day. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I would suggest you turn that app off.
Then install "Aqua Mail" which can be configured for each account individually.
I set all sync to OFF.
It will download everything within seconds when you open account, or as I do, it will not sync until I swipe screen from top to bottom.
