S8 Plus screen Roration

I just got my new S8 Plus and the screen will not rotate from vertical to horizontal. I checked everything in the settings and there is nothing related to this. Help please.

Hello Jaxx,

If you drag down from the top of the home screen, there is a rectangular icon with a padlock in the quick settings. You can toggle it between locked in portrait (when the padlock is present) and free to rotate to landscape (smaller rectangle with two arrows circling it).

Love my S8+ but I'm not convinced by the new long thin screen, I wonder if Samsung will stick to the same ratio with the Note 8.

Yes they will my Samsung rep said they will I work for TMobile fyi
