Just making a list of things I removed and still running without problems...if I'm missing anything let me know so I can update the list...
-ALL metro crap (just to make it simple haha, idk about the hotspot though and don't plan to test it out)
-Google pinyin
-any of the keyboards (as long as you download another one before uninstalling)

-android live wallpaper

-emergency alerts
-stock launcher (as long as you have another installed)
