Help Safe mode

[Android Question]

Galaxy Grand Prime. I cannot turn off safe mode, have rebooted several times to no avail.
I did a factory reset, but not a hard reset, nothing changed. Carrier is Metro PCS.

Try removing your battery and leaving out for a few minutes, maybe there's some hardware glitch that's preventing it from booting up normally. Also, while the battery is out just play around with the power and volume buttons just to be sure the metal contacts inside aren't 'sticking' for whatever reason.
