Help Safe to remove files on SD card?

I have a galaxy indulge, It doesn't have the original SD card in it. The SD card that's in it was from a Huawei Ascend, that I received from a customer to put in my Messager III. I put it in my Galaxy Indulge and haven't had any REAL issue but it does act funny.... ANY WAYS; I rooted my phone and wanted to wipe all of the old andriod files and whatnot from it I need to know what's safe to remove and what's not.

Save your personal data/files and format the card in the phone.
It'll recreate whatever folder name you need, and will be rid of all the junk. ;)
There's no unsafe deletions on the SD card, well not unless you have an ext3 extended partition that is set to complement the internal nand storage. But if you've done that, I'm betting you wouldn't need help figuring what is safe or not to delete! ;)

@tiede maybe u should start a tread showind howto create and use ext3 and darklys scripts so everyone can try

I would delete some files as they store cache (Saved data from apps you use). And deleting them isn't worth it as it will re-appear every time you reboot your phone.
