samaung phones warning

To all cell phone users, beware samsung equipment. I've had a my touch 3g slide and a galaxy s 4g, unfortunately both got extremely hot while charging which killed both phones. The my touch carer was t mobile and the phone was replaced 9 times in a year and a half,rediculous right having to re download apps every time.now on to the epic 4g. That gets so hot it actually shuts its self down,it caused physical damage to the phone and my service provider(sprint)tells me I have to make an insurance claim and pay the $100 deductable. So I get ahold of samsung,their responce was to send them the phone and be without means of communication for 3 weeks while they look at it and see if its covered,and have to pay out of pocket if not or just pay the $100 deductible through insurance. Now keep in mind this is after the fact that the floor supervisor admitted that the phone should never get that hot to actually shut itself down... wow talk about great customer service. So if you alread own a piece of garbage samsung product beware. DON'T USE WHILE CHARGING. Unless you have money to throw away. And for you that don't beware DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Especially being that the phone was 8 months old and still under warenty. Good luck to all
