Help Samsung A5 muffled calls help?

I have a samsung A5 it's 5 months old I have had no problem's until now the last 3 weeks I'm having problems when certain people ring for a freind bought a new handset a samsung J3 and when she rings she sounds like a robot but I sound fine to her this is also happening on my mum's phone she sounds robotic but I sound fine to her her phone is a newer model samsung. BUT all other phone calls are fine I hear people crystal clear and vise versa it is just these 2 phones I'm having problems with so far can you help.
