Help Samsung account password

Cant remember my samsung password, anyone know how I can reset it please ?

I need it for reseting the phone

If you go to the Samsung DIVE website log-in, you should be able to click the 'Forgot your E-mail or password?' link and retrieve it that way

website seems down at the moment but once it returns hopefully I can reset it
