Samsung account

Where does the Samsung account sign in page live? I'm told by my phone to go to the account manager but the log in page doesn't show there or anywhere else!

settings> accounts. if you haven't done it before, select add account, and you should see samsung account listed there.

Thanks but I have already checked there and Samsung Account does not appear in that menu.

I would of course help to remember that dissabling Samsung account with a package manager would mean that it deont appear there. It works now!
