Samsung account

This is probably a silly question with a simple answer, I have the samaung 10.1 tab on the tablet I ca. Set up a samsung account and view samsung apps, but on my phone sg2 theres not an option for this can someone explain why

Ive asked this question in a similar thread, still no responses. I wanted to use SamsungDive, but you need to sync your Samsung account in the Accounts and Sync.. this doesnt even show up as an option.

If you look at samsungapp.com it says the app store is not avalable in u.s.a but im looking right at it on my tablet 10.1, just a little confused I guess

I have the same situation with my sprint phone and galaxy tab. if you called samsung id be interested to see what they say. this exact question is on samsungs tech support Q&A but the answer given by samsung is to call em
