Help Samsung Ace 2 GT-I8160 Usage/Battery?

I am having usage or battery issues.
1. charged 100% left overnight 68% phone not been used at all so whats using the power and why plus how do I stop it
2. Current usage Android OS 30%, cell standby 17%, display 12% (but have it powered down anyway), phone idle 11%. Others that are so small or have been using post 68%. I made one brief phone voice call of approx 6 mins it used 16%
Can anyone help or advise. Battery life has been dissapointing especially as I hardly use my phone.
