Help samsung Ace 4 Android v4.4.4 - soooo much empty space on the homescreen

Hi,

I recently bough an Ace4. I hate waste, and to me there is too much wasted space in the huge gaps between the icons on the homepage. There is space for 16 icons, it should be possible to fit at least another six. It's crazy.

Yes I know you can have up to seven homepages and therefore no shortage of space, I don't care. Is there is a way of adjusting the number of the icons on the homepage?

On my previous handset I was using Cyanogenmod which did allow this, unfortunately it seems Cyanogenmod don't see the Ace 4 as worth their effort.

Try using another launcher, instead of the stock Samsung Touchwiz launcher. There's many different third-party ways and methods you can customise the home screen with.

With Nova Launcher (possibly the prime version?) you can alter the grid size of the home screen if that's what you mean
