I'm assuming that this is a kernel tweak? Looking up supercharger, I see it has three settings. I'm guessing you chose the fastest one?
This is always a danger when messing with things like this. It's good practice to make a backup in recovery before changing things like this.
It may not be the answer you want to hear, but you may need to boot into recovery and wipe all and reflash your rom.. Unless you did make a backup, then restore your backup.
After you are back up and running, backup your device and then try the supercharger script with a different setting. If you get stuck again, restore your backup and try the third setting. If it happens again, then you may be out of luck...
If none of the three settings work for you, I would just stop using it. Or you can try writing the developer.
