Nope, the s2 has a 4.3 inched display while that phone is 4" or so.
That's the admire I think.

I might even go as far as to say that it might be a 3.5 inch screen although I can't say for sure. If the pics in the Metro presentation are to proportion, then I'd say its anywhere between 3.5-4 inches.

The thing is that it actually looks just a bit too much like a GSI... Bezel is pretty much the same the only thing that changes is the side the sensors & FFC are.

If I recall correctly one of the recent "what is coming to metro" articles referenced a Samsung phone with Galaxy S (the original line) specs. From the looks of the Admire 4G, that would fit the description...
