I have a Samsung Alpha and on Google Play for the past week now I can't install any new app and all of my already installed apps won't update. I press "INSTALL" and then accept in the permissions and then all it does is the blinking line without going to the "downloading" and it just continues that for days. Can anyone help me, I'm not what you'd call tech savvy but I'm trying to get there.
