Samsung App Updates

My Verizon S4 keeps telling me that I have 2 updates pending. I click on the icon (looks like a shipping bag) and nothing happens...

Any suggestions? It's driving me crazy.

I'm not rooted, but couldn't find where to post...?

Long press the notification. You'll get an "app info" button. Press that. Clear the app's data and cache. It should shut up about the updates.

Nothing happens when I long-press, but I found it in my "my apps" section. Should I do it from there? Why is this happening?
