Help Samsung Apps Software Problem - PPC Country- Please Help

Hi all

Im trying to login on Samsung Apps ,

I created an account on Uk and US , but from booth of them when i try to login
with samsung account on the Samsung Apps - from my Samsung Galaxy S3 it sais that :

The Country information for your Samsung Account does not match the country information for the samsung Apps Store .

- Samsung Apps Country : PPC
- Samsung account country : United Kingdom .

To Continue using Samsung Apps, Sing in to a Samsung account with the same country information as the samsung apps store .



I TRIED DIFFERENT VARIANT , UNINSTALL , INSTALL US VERSION of APK file ,
Reset , but still get the Same message .

I Dont know what to do else ,

Does this happen to somenone else , ? can someone help me ?

Someone Help me , i cant install any application from SAMSUNG APP

Welcome to the forum liburni.

Sorry for the delay.
Try clearing data and cache for Samsung apps in application manager. Now when you next open the app it should let you choose the country which matches your account details.

I have tried everything.
I also uninstall samsung apps . And downloaded from samfirmware
Uk 4.1.1 and installed on my phone via odin . But same thing when i open samsung apps it doesnt ask location. Just says need to update anf after that it says your country is with limited access.

I also have samsung s duos . And when i open samsung apps it asked me for location .
But on s3 not .
