Samsung Apps

JRD

Lurker
I am the proud owner of a new Samsung Tab 2. I am also increasingly frustrated by what I don't seem to know how to do.

Tonight for example, I've gone to Samsung Apps from my home page and attempted to download several which I thought I'd enjoy. Every time after a wait I get the message "network unavailable".

I've been on the internet and can download from Google Play, so what's going on. Why the "network unavailable" message, and how do I download from Samsung Apps?

Thank you

It sounds like a problem with Samsung's app repository. "Network unavailable" means it can't find the Samsung network. They might be having problems. Give it a try tomorrow.

I wouldn't think this would be problem on the Galaxy Tab but I know that on my GS3 when using WiFi I can't connect. It only works when I am on the mobile network. This has resulted in me removing it from my phone.
