Samsung Blue Tooth Problem

SocalTech

Hello,

I have a Samsung Exhibit II phone and like it a lot. I purchased a Samsung HM1700 Blue Tooth and like it a lot too. However, there is one problem that I need to resolve.

When I put the Blue Tooth in my pocket and start to walk the sound cuts out of and on while streaming a podcast. This is unacceptable to me as I use the Blue Tooth primarily while walking and for podcasts. My question is do you think that the Blue Tooth has a weak signal or is it my phone?

I was thinking of buying a different Blue Tooth, but if it is my phone then there is not use in doing that.

If you have any suggestions on a fix or what the problem could be, please let me know ASAP.

Thanks!

You might want to check to see if the bluetooth is first compatible with the device you are using, some are not and some work poorly.

If this is the case then yes buy a new one but maybe do some research as to good working bluetooth devices for the Exhibit 2.
