Samsung Captivate purchase

I feel I may been ripped off at ATT store. Several weeks ago I paid $149.00 there and it is shown in Best Buy flyer for $49.00. I believe I asked ATT at the time and they said it was for new accounts, flyer says new or upgrade. I have emailed both, and I still have a week to return phone.

If AT&T does not have a restocking charge, I'd think returning the phone would be appropriate. It's unlikely that AT&T will issue you a $100 rebate for the phone.

Before you do that, however, check with Best Buy to make sure that the deal is still available and that you'd be eligible after returning the phone to AT&T. I'd hate to see you return the phone and then have BB tell you that the phone price is now $149... or more!
