Hi I am having some issues with my new android. I cannot transfer music to my android. I do use an ipod and I know that it is a mp4 and my device uses mp3. Kies will not convert my music what up can any one help. Thank You

try this...worked for me, I was able to sync my Captivate with iTunes. Just FOLLOW the instructions.

FYI... mp4's are typically video files, mp3's are typically audio files.

I think he was referring to his iPod file format which is m4a. iTunes encodes all imported music into m4a files unless you go to settings and change to import all as mp3. I was able to move my iTunes music on my Captivate using iTunes Agent (link is in another post above).
