Help Samsung deployment

Hi we are going to roll out 20 samsung S3 to our field users and I want to create a standard layout just like I have with our windows deployment.

There are various programs you can pay for which will set limitations and configure exchange and VPNS remotely but I want a to be able to clone the look and feel of the handsets.

This is so I can make all our line of business programs on the main screen and remove a the adverts for other software. ISP must be able to do it im just unsure if this is publicly available.

Carriers do it by flashing the image onto each device. Much like your .gho ghost images really

If you had a custom recovery, you could yourself flash an image taken from the first device you set up, but this would void warranty so you would have to ensure:

1) the flash counter is reset afterwards
2) recovery is replaced as stock...
