Help samsung drive link app

Does anyone know if samsung has fixed this app yet so it no longer keeps the phone awake, preventing it to sleep when its not being used and the app is not running..

No they haven't. I bought the Sony head unit for my car that is compatible with mirrorlink so I could use the Drive Link app and get my phones screen mirrored on it. It's rubbish! Wish I had saved myself £100 and got one without mirrorlink. The app is awful, drains battery quicker than the car can charge it! Hopefully it will get sorted in the future!

its been out long enough now for a major provider to get it fixed what are they playing at this is samsung not sumsang

Put it on my yesterday, cant say I am impressed but i have had no issues with it keeping the phone awake.

still keeps my s3 awake was instaled for around 1-2days where it was fine then last night it started to keep the phone alive uninstalled now fine its exactly the same as before, so it seems there is some sort of time delay issue with the app it is a pitty as this is the best driving app ive seen ..
