I am a relative newcomer to Android but I am having a bit of an issue and Samsung support have proved to be no help and as for google....lets not go there.
We have 3 different email accounts that we manage using the email client on our Samsung Galaxy Note 2. 1 from our internet provider and 2 from gmail. When we reset the password on one of our gmail accounts it stopped working with the Samsung email client. We removed the account and set it up again and it still won't work. Yet if we add this account via the gmail icon it works fine, but that is no good for us as we need to be able to manage it via the Samsung client.
We have done a hard reset of the phone and that hasn't helped either. We have checked and 2 step verification is disabled on gmail.
Has anyone else had this issue and been able to solve it?
