My brother just got a certified pre-owned fascinate for $39.99 from verizon.

Im so glad i paid $200 for mine with a new 2 year contract.
 
They have had the $39.99 fascinate since January. It is an awesome deal. Still treated like a brand new phone, 1 year warranty from date of purchase, any problems just get a new one.
 
Not trying to burst anyone's bubble, but Best buy has had the Fascinate for free the past two weeks. (Of course I don't know if that $39.99 is with new contract or renewal contract or not, but the Best Buy offer requires a new or renewal contract.)
 
They must really wanna dump these phones.

I picked mine up for free with a 2 yr extension on black Friday from Best Buy. Really I think I came out ok on the deal. This phone still has the potential to hang tough with the greatest and latest, at least until I get to my next contract extension. And then I will pick up another (soon to be outdated so get this thing off our inventory) phone for free ^_^

I unfortunately cannot get phones from best buy, or from in the VZW store. I am on my brothers employee account and no one but employee services is allowed to touch the account. All of my upgrades have to be done online or calling in to that department. Kinda sucks I dont get to take advantage of some of the deals places have.
