There are several (many) options. You could use a cloud service like Google Drive, Box, or Dropbox. All of them are free and have apps for your phone. You can copy the pics to the cloud, then log into the service on your PC and download them.

Alternatively, you can use an app like Airdroid to connect your PC to your phone via wifi. Then you can download them to your PC without connecting any cables.

Finally, another way is to attach to your PC via the USB cable that came with your phone. Upon connection you should be able to simply drag and drop pictures to your PC. You might need to install some drivers to sync via USB cable which can be found either at your phone makers website or will install automatically.

FYI, photos and videos are stored under the directory SDcard/DCIM/Camera on your phone.
