[Android Question]

How can I change current setting so that I can attach pictures using my gallery?

You could try disabling the Dropbox app (Settings | Apps | All), see if you then get prompted again.

Alternatively, there are apps that allow you to change the default associations like Default App Manager - have a search on the Play Store.
