samsung galaxy 10.1 2014 edition restricted user profile

Hi folks, i am from canada but prrsently in thailand. Since LTE model is not available here, i bought my samsung note 10.1 2014 tablet from malaysia which is smp-605 LTE model. The tablet has 4.3 android version but i cannot see any "add users" feature inside settings. Please help me out how can it be done ?

As well, kitkat 4.4.2 edition is not availlable in thailand yet. Can it be updated when i am back in canada

i am very disappointed when noticed that multiple user profile is not available in there but checked forums where it was stated that android 4.2 or later has restricted profile. Need help.....

Me too. Just ordered a GN 10.1 2014 edition because I read it supported multiple users. Now I am reading, that this is not the case. Is the "max_users" setting still accessible to root. I can't be Samsung would have it and then pull it. For tablet sharing, it is a must have.
