samsung galaxy s 2 screen does not respond at all after I used it while i was in a bath tub. please help.

Sounds like you might have got moisture in the phone.
Best you can do is remove the battery and put the phone into a jar of dessicant (uncooked rice will do) for a couple of days to draw the moisture out. However, that won't fix any damage which has been done, so all you can do is hope that this helps.
Unfortunately if it is moisture damage your warranty won't cover it either.
