Samsung Galaxy 3 or Windows 8 phone?

Hi
I wanna upgrade my old cellular phone to something fresh. I saw the new samsung galaxy s4 and Nokia's Lumnia. These are really great smartphones. Yet, my budget is kind of small, so I'll just have to settle on something ore simple.
Can anyone give me advise about the galaxy s3? Or should o go for windows 8 smartphone?

This is essentially true. WP8 has come a ways, and for all the on hands reviews it looks quite smooth.
I'd consider what apps (if you know) are essential to your day to day usage and see if they're available on both platforms. One thing I'd be concerned about is an upgrade cycle. The Lumia 900, released last year, was at end of life in terms of an upgrade to WP8 not long after release. Given, this was Nokia's flagship phone at the time, that'd give me pause in purchasing it.
The S3 has been upgraded to 4.1.2 and may make it to 4.2 and beyond.

The only reason I'd even suggest a Lumia is if you throw your phone a lot. Say what you will about the oS, but the construction of those devices are rock solid. If you take pretty good care of your stuff, I'd suggest an S3
