Help Samsung Galaxy A7 keyboard bug

The keyboard works well and everything but it's always showing up in the background. I tried resetting my keyboard settings, still nothing worked.
 
Have you rebooted the galaxy? If it's sitting in the background then it's possibly an idle (zombie) process that won't close until you reboot (or shut down and turn back on) your device.

I've rebooted and formatted the device yet it's still showing up.
