Help Samsung Galaxy Ace and latest Kies

Hi

I downloaded latest kies and installed it. Then connected ACE via USB.
It started to install drivers.
After 20 minutes of waiting this is result:

I have Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit

Are you sure it works on a 64 bit ver. I check the Samsung site & I find the details very skimpy. All that they say is 'Win XP/Vista/Windows 7' nothing more. Only optio is to try again

Yes. It works on 64 bit version, as I have 64 bit Ultimate.

When i connected my phone, most of the drivers were found online in windows update. make sure you net is on when you plug your Ace

1) Check if your antivirus blocks installing(this will be the most case).
2) Check the User Control settings and be sure that you've the proper rights to install device drivers.
3) It's safe to disconnect from Internet while installing drivers. Because these samsung's drivers and kies are all bunch of bugs. It's your luck to get everything done.

Window update never gave me a piece of cake. Glad that it worked for you.
