samsung galaxy ace connection problem

hi i have samsung galxy ace on pay monthly connection but haveing problems conntecting to internet or apps or anythink to with web.
i think mite be problem with the data connection how do correct data connection? i know i mite need to talk to my service provider but thoght i try here. any advice would be gratefull

Hi,
First of all: people are on this forum to give tips and support if they can, but of course you do need all the settings from your provider in order to get a working internet connection. Access points and names and other settings are different depending on the provider you have. So that is the first step you have to take. Check the provider's site first.
If, after that, you still have this problem, please report this again with the notification you are getting from your phone. Good luck.
