Help Samsung Galaxy Ace crashed

I download a game before and then when I was playing the game is crashed and then my whole phone crashed. I switched the phone off and then back on and when it switched on it said emergency calls only and didn't work. I tried the sim card in a different phone and it worked but it didn't work in the samsung phone. I have tried factory resetting the phone but it says to remove the samsung account but it just says processing failed. How can I reset it so it works again?

If the factory reset does not help you, then your only chance is to take it to the service center where they will reinstall your android os.
You can also do that yourself if you want.

There are already loads of material available, people have been doing this for years now, just have a read and follow the instructions carefully.
If you run into any trouble then i can guide you but you really need to try first.

Since you haven't specified you phone's model number, i will assume it to be the original GT-S5830 and not any other variant.

Firmwares are available at sammobile.com, select the one that is for your region/carrier and is the latest available.

When i plug in the phone to the computer it doesn't go to the download menu instead it just switches on like normal

You really need to read carefully, because this is a serious procedure, if you mess it up then you can really kill your phone. I'm not trying to scare you or discourage you but you should be aware of the consequences of a mistake. On the other hand, if you follow the procedure, you will face no problem at all, people do this on a daily basis.

Read point 5 and 6, in section C

5. Connect your phone via USB into PC
6. When the screen is turned on hold POWER+VOLUME DOWN+HOME and wait until the phone enters the Download Mode

Connecting the cable does not starts download mode, you need to turn the phone back on using the power+volume down+home button.
Before this make sure you have all the necessary files ready.

Do not disconnect the phone while Odin is flashing the phone, disconnect it only when it says PASS.
