Help samsung galaxy ace HELP PLEASE

ok so i have a samsung galaxy ace running on android 2.3.6 over the last two months ive noticed the camera takes pictures fine but when i go into gallery thumbnails look fine when i click on image it either gone warped discoloured or today totaly gone and replace with a image of a man with a broken screen behind him im at my wits ends now someone plz tell me there is a fix

Can you send the pic to your computer by email. Then look at the file and see if its the file or phone. You may be able to tell if its the camera or not which would of course be the phone.

ok tryed this it comes up with like a quater of the pic the rest is black

can you try opening a file with an alternative image viewer.

still the same i think the problem lies with the phone im just not sure what the problem is

when i go into thumbnail gallery on my phone all my pics are there and when i try to open i get the pic ive attached but not on them all

I have the same problem, have you been able to fix yours?
I'm wondering whether to do a factory reset but don't want to mess up every other aspect.
