Help Samsung Galaxy ACE Moving Apps from Internal to External Memory

I've downloaded Facebook and Dropbox to my new phone and that sucks up the internal memory. I have since deleted them (an a couple of others) so I can receive text messages. Is there an easy way to sort my internal memory out without having to root the phone or going into the system by downloading something and using the command window?

I use free app2sd available on Google Play or whatever they call it these days. Some apps can't be moved, though, and I don't know whether Facebook or Dropbox are moveable.
