Samsung galaxy ace s5830

Hi I’m Dev.
I’m from India and I want to know about “Samsung galaxy ace s5830”
I want to install flash player and want to play flash games on my phone so please guide
1. Is it possible to install flash player
2. I can play all the flash video on my gprs/internet ( in phone )
3. How to download flash player in my phone
4. If in future I want to upgrade my android 2.2 to android 2.3 is it possible? Then how to upgrade it?

1. Is it possible to install flash player
Ans: No , from market you cannot install , you can get installation file i.e. flash apk file and try to install. It might say it got installed but you cannot play most of the flash websites. So answer is NO, you cannot.
I have tried skyfire browser which suppose to have inbuilt flash support but it was not of much use.

2. I can play all the flash video on my gprs/internet ( in phone )
Ans: No as of now.(if someone has experimented with rooting and workaround is there , then I do not know , If someone has done that, I will love to know how). I use youtube app to see most of the videos.

3. How to download flash player in my phone
Ans: Search for flash 10.1 apk , download it , transfer to your phone and install.

4. If in future I want to upgrade my android 2.2 to android 2.3 is it possible?
Then how to upgrade it?
Ans: There is no official announcement yet.

Opera mobile is also useful for many websites ;)

YES, there was an official announcement by samsung electronics on 16th May.. the update will reach everybody till the end of may according to samsung

has anyone else had problems related to performing the firmware upgrade on galaxy ace using Kies?? i have tried doing it multiple times, using different laptops also but the upgrade process just doesnt go through completely

Hi friends,
I am using Samsung Galaxy Ace with Android 2.3.4... In that mobile I have a problem when i am giving voice input in Messages typing mode option it shows, "Connection Error". The error occur only in message voice input only. Other voice services like internet, google search are working well. How to solve message voice input error in Android 2.3.4.. please help me.. Thanks in advance..
 
I recently purchased this cell phone. But for some reason, the screen flashes white when it's not in use. For example, when the phone is left alone after usage, the screen turns into battery saving mode, then darkens. But after 1 min or so, the screen flashes white screen. Any idea why it is like this? Is it supposed to do that? Does it waste battery like this? O_O!!! Thanks a bunch!
 
whatever apps i download i store it on sd card. but when i connect to my laptop via usb they all disappear :(
please help...
 
Does anybody know how I get my music to the text files. When i recieve a message I want to hear my music not the crap Samsung has put in by default?
 
hi i use a APP called ZEDGE for free, u can download loads of songs and other noises and then can set them as notification or ring tones :)

Yes, great app, I also use the free app Ringdroid, so you can use your own music as a ringtone/notification tone. Graham. :thumb:

my ace did that like 2 weeks after i bought it but then it just stopped. u should wait couple of weeks and if it keeps flashing the screen u can always send it to service center
