hi i have a samsung galaxy ace is there any way to access the phone if you forget the draw pattern

Hello and welcome to Android Forums! 
If you enter the pattern unlock too many times, you are prompted to unlock the phone with the gmail credentials that the phone is registered to. The only condition is that the phone must have an active data connection at the time, either 3G or Wifi. If you had data turned off before you locked it, Google's servers will have no way to authenticate the account. At that point only a factory reset will get the phone back.
