Hi Guys,

I have bought samsung galaxy apolly last week, since then i am facing problem with the wifi connection, I am having sky broadband at home and a wireless router of saegam.

Problem is wifi connects but it wont last for more than 2-3 minutes, although the icon shows it is connected. I am not able to browse anything for not more than 2-3 min, i have to restart my wifi connection after 3 minutes and it again work for 2-3 minutes.

can anyone please help me out to overcome this problem, it's very annoying.

Thanks

Firstly we need to know what router you have it should tell you underneath so check it and tell me also try resetting your router there should be a whole which you can stick a pen through. And if you are facing problems reseting it you can easily call sky and they'll tell you what to do.

Thanks, finally after 100 views I got one reply :)

But my problem is someting else, i can connect to the wife but it lasts only for 2 minutes, after 2 min wifi shows as connected (in my phone) but not able to browse/connect to anything. I have to stop and start wifi again to make it work for another 2 minutes.

One thing i observed, when i go to my router settings page I can see my phone mac:address in the attached device list , but after 2 minutes the entry of my phone is removed from the attached device list, hence causing this problem.

Please can someone help me out, its been like a week i am searching a soltuion for this problem but no luck.

Thanks

Ever since I bought the phone, I was really happy about the Wi-Fi working so great and all, but once I lost the connection after about 6 hours of using the phone in general, I wouldn't be able to reconnect to it. I have a BT broadband network, and it worked really fast. But then when I tried re-connecting the next day, I wouldn't be able. Wi-Fi would turn on, search for networks. say "unable to connect" and turn itself off. It's been like that for 2 days now.
