ice cream sandwich or gingerbread? It's just coming out that ICS was a double muck up, and Sprint won't support it because it's such a disaster. They won't push it anymore... so if you are ICS factory reset to gingerbread and things will get better. Install AppDragon (no space) from the store, and send a list of your apps to yourself prior to reset. You will lose game info, text history, etc... but at least you can use your phone.
