I have a samsung galaxy exhibit cell phone & i cannot receive incoming calls from inside of my home however.., i can make outgoing calls from inside my home !!! Additionally.., i can make outgoing & incoming calls outside of my home , i have three calling bars out of four bars inside of my home , i have metro pcs/t-mobile CELLULAR SERVICE & i have verizon fios internet SERVICE !!!
