Help Samsung Galaxy Gio Apps.

Hello, 5 days ago i buyed new galaxy gio, and when i go to market or samsung apps and download something it says instalation is unsucefull, but then i remove micro sd card ir works fine and install apps..
What to do? ;//
My version is 2.3.4
